Overall, I will have to say my experience working with this company recently was very lackluster. I ordered a TV through amazon and it was shipped through this company. The drop of was a bit annoying as I had yo wait a week to have it delivered, although thats not out of the ordinary for such a large item. My problems started when I had tto have the item shipped back do to some quality issues. For a pickup, they do not have scheduled times only days. In be other words you are required to be available from 9-5 throughout the entire day for the driver to pickup your item. Secondly when I set up the appointment I was tood I would recieve a call 30 mins before the driver gets there. I scheduled it on Wednesday the first week and never heard from them. I had to wait until Thursday to set it up again cause i worked the rest of the week and they're closed on weekends. I called them minday and set up a pick-up for Wednesday or Thursday and still never heard from them. Again I waited until that next Monday to set up a pick-up for the 3rd week in a row and simply asked if there was anyway I could ensure I was going torece recieve a call, that is when the receptionist preceeded to tell me they had personally called and left voicemails for me. But I told them I didn't receive any. They just said welo we'll have a driver contacet you when they are 30 minutes out and hung up on me. Luckily later that day I did receive a call from the driver who was already in my apartment, not 30 minutes out. But the driver was very nice and professional and the only reason Im rating this two star instead of 1. He was very polite and got my item loaded and headed out no issues.
