Tried to book a load today with KTB, answered Bria Moody, and guess what, bad moody . In the first conversation gave her my mc, she didnt hear it well , said "cant use u " and hanged up on me.
Called her back to give the right MC again, started arguing like I did something wrong. Just rude attitude, will never haul for this broker.

I started working with Virginia Snow at KTB back in March of 2023 and i can honestly say the communication is 2nd to none.

Virginia has been excellent at keeping me informed throughout the steps of bookings and also working to learn our product and provide better service. The Dispatch team have been beyond great, constant information i can trust which is paramount in knowing when units have been loaded and throughout their journey to delivery.

I would highly recommend KTB to anyone based on my experiences and am very glad i took this call from the many i get everyday from companies.

Dispatch team has great communication and real time updates. When driver arrives for pick up the dispatch team shoots an email and same for delivery. I am not in the warehouse much so these emails help prep me and my team for the delivery and this is the same for delivery. Email is sent along with POD. Great job KTB 6/18/24

Our company has been working with Hunter Vaughn and KTB since early 2022, and they've quickly become one of our top freight brokers. We move multiple full truckloads a week and Hunter is always prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with it. When you talk to someone several times a week, it makes a difference when they are nice and friendly! I send a quick email and trust completely that he will handle it. Moving as much as we do, an occasional issue is bound to arise, truck breaks down, flat tire, slow loader, etc. If anything ever comes up, Hunter goes above and beyond to make it right, and keep us updated. If I have a critical or hot load, no question, it’s going to KTB.

Rob Cox is a scammer , will double book trucks on loads and then cancel on the spot and give it to Cheaper ones.
My trucks went onsite and he cancelled and gave it to some other carrier. Never answered any of out calls after that. Worst broker ever worked with .
No respect for Transport Carriers at all.
Please avoid working with them .

Excellent transport broker, with very competitive rates and even better personal service. If you need help, ask for Virginia Snow, she takes care of business and has your back all the way thru. Im very happy that I found this company and highly recommend them!
