The security is nice but can also be an inconvenience when you work night shift...like me...since the gates lock , even with your passcode , 9pm to 8am.
The 2nd month i rented i got a HUGE pack rat in my locker!! Chewed up EVERYTHING!! Including my antique butcher block island! I literally cried when i saw it!!. (I posted before and after pics)
I set traps and got the bastard the next morning and have been setting out moth balls and decon ever since. I understand the owners cant control nature....but i also feel like they do nothing to ward off these types of pest...like putting out traps and deterants around the property, or even just a warning when you first rent with them like:
"Hey just wanted to let ya know its a real good idea to set out some decon and maybe even a trap or two in your unit, the pack rats around here can really reak havoc ."
Over all its been an OK experince renti g with them.....i wouldnt recommend them considering all the other options in the area.

I've been locked out for a week because I was late paying $300 for a unit I didn't even rent! They made a contract without my knowledge or consent, charged me $275 for a 10×10 unit without notifying me that went against their contract, owner said sorry for breaking contract, changed contract, and is continuing to charge me for it while I'm locked out of not only this unauthorized unit but also the unit that has everything I own and is paid two months in advance! One star is WAY too generous!!

New owners took over and the facility looks so nice and clean, very well taken care of. The office Manager was so nice and helpful, we were showed a few units by one of the managers, they took the time to walk us through each unit, and answered all our questions. The managers live on site and are always willing to help out no questions asked. Its fully fenced in and security lights are through out the facility. I definitely will recommend my friends and family to check them out.

Secured, well maintained storage units. I like that they have people who live on the property and that it is fully fenced. My unit hasn’t had any leaks or rodents. They are fairly priced and always send reminder texts when rent is due. (I use autopay but I still like the reminder)

The best storage units and customer service around … clean, secure , and dry!! Very easy to work with , Velvet and her husband are great people .. was out there one night at 9:30 and could not get the door to go down , her husband came and helped me get it down , and it was fixed the very next morning !

Great managers and hard workers. Positive attitude, always checking on us for any complaints or issues. If any complaints or issues, always on top of things.
I continue to have my business with them, wouldn't recommend anyone else. 🙂

I have been here for 2 years and the new on-site mangers are lazy and the place is now disgusting they don't cut the grass the facility is a mess and the sheds leak! The rent has been raised and it's not worth it! Pass this Place on by and find another facility because this place is now a joke!

I had my things here for a very short time as I was just moving and I had paid a month ahead when I moved my things out and that fat lady wouldn't give my deposit back even though she didn't give me time to give my notice because I was still moving things around . I dont think anyone should use this place . The office always stinks of Marijuana and dog piss!!!!
