We had to use this company for cross-docking, and when we arrived to reload the truck on July 3rd, they informed us that we could come back until 4 pm to allow time for loading. However, when our truck arrived at 1 pm, they unexpectedly told us to return on the 5th and held our products hostage until July 5th without any valid reason. We felt compelled to cooperate in order to retrieve our pallets. To add to our frustration, they not only double-charged us but also treated us rudely. In essence, I strongly advise avoiding this company if you have the option, as they have the potential to make your life miserable.

Wonderful transaction. This was my first time using movers and first time using this company. They were able to work with my hectic work schedule and were very courteous and professional during the move. They made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner and went the extra effort to ensure everything I needed was handled properly. Would absolutely recommend them to my friends and will be using them in the future!!

Company needs to improve the communication with the customer after pickup. Scheduling leaves a lot to be desired. I was promised delivery within a one-week time frame following pickup. When I called to inquire about the delivery date, no one at Merchants had any information regarding the delivery date, and no information was provided on the portal. Delivery ended up being 5 days late! The upside is The contract awards the customer $100 for each day the shipment is late.
Staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. Drivers at pickup and delivery points were very professional and and did a thorough job. Lance did a great job of communicating with me regarding arrival times.
I chose to pack my belongings at a significant savings.

My father works here so I get to see some of what happens and the things on the inside and I can say that these people work hard and diligently. They are friendly and don't talk much on the job but will if you want to converse with them. Inside the warehouse, it is clean and kept organized, the workers still work hard to keep things safe and get the work done right. This is a great moving company and I can honestly say that it is trustworthy.

Merchant Transfer & Warehouse did a great job with what was a complex, long-distance move. Karen Boulton was tremendously helpful and was attentive throughout the entire process. Everything was well-organized and things went very smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone making a move.

We have made 2 moves with Merchants Transfer. Would recommend highly that you talk with Karen Boulton and let her handle everything. She handled both of our moves with no hassles. Hope we don't move again but if we do Merchants will be the only call. Very courteous and helpful staff.

We used this company to move us. We submitted our reports (on time) regarding multiple damages caused by them. Their claims dept has repeatedly lied to us & we have been promised that "a check was in the mail" 6 or 7 times. Now, they are saying our claim has been given to another claims specialist.
