My husband and I accidentally locked our keys in our truck while we were camping at The Crater of Diamonds Campground. I called and left a message. He called me back within a few minutes and immediately came out to the campground. He was a super nice guy, worked quickly and efficiently and had us on our way in no time. His price was fair and his service was excellent! I would recommend him to anyone requiring his services!

My tech was very friendly and professional. My keys got locked in my car before my husband left over the road. He’s a trucker and won’t be home today. I NEEDED my keys. The tech was polite and helpful on the phone as well as when he came to my home. He did everything in a timely manner and engaged with me well. I’d recommend this service and tech. I’m very Thankful for McConnell Roadside assistance, I had a flat on the way to visit a patient and Ron was there quickly changed to my spare tire and I followed him to Walmart where he patched my tire and placed it back on my car, all in 100 degree heat! Best Service Ever!!!!!! Thank You Again Ron!

It was nearly midnight, and so I was extremely and pleasantly surprised that he answered the phone; he arrived a few minutes later and had the truck opened in a couple of minutes.
