I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. They were laying cable in my neighborhood and FIRST cut through my internet line. But the biggest kicker - we noticed our Drive still wet after our week of rain around Christmas and then all our neighbors’ driveways were dry and ours was still soaked. Turns out, when they were digging around my water line and placed a massive boulder in the connection between the main water line and the waterline to my house. They said someone would be here by the 17th. NO ONE HAS SHOWED UP. GET A PLUMBER OUT HERE AND FIX MY WATER LINE from the mistake YOUR COMPANY MADE

I don't know who else to contact but I am tired of being ghosted. This company broke my sewer line as they crammed a fiber optic line under my front yard. We found out after paying a company $507 to verify there was an obstruction somewhere under the yard. After digging up the yard and finding the problem, MASTEK took about 2 weeks to come fix it. We were forced to use gas station bathrooms and public showers during this time. Once their plumber just patched the broken spots and covered with Quik-crete, the hole didn't get covered for a month. Nicholas Childress from Mastec asked me to email him the invoice from the costs for reimbursement which I did 12/27/2023. I have not heard back since this email. I contacted MasTek directly in March and never heard back. What other avenue do I need to pursue other than a lawyer? A simple phone call or email would be appreciated about this matter. That $507 will be needed to fix the giant dirt spots in my front yard from all the installations and digging. Thank you

Their employees have no morals. I was homeless, standing on the corner with wife and kids. An employee by the name of EBONY SMITH, came by. He offered help and then promised a job. Took all my info and said he was a supervisor and was on charge of hiring, that my life was about to change. Well, to no avail. Told me to wait and regrettably I did and lost my kids to CPS because of our panhandling. Other factors prevent from employment, but this employee of MasTec, in uniform and company vehicle -a representor of the company's image, mislead, no, LIED. Are all employees here like this?
