I picked out my bedroom set online through Unlimited Furniture Group without having seen it in person. I was amazed at how solid and well built the furniture is. The delivery process was fantastic! They were very careful not to damage the furniture or any walls and even wiped their shoes on way in the house. The delivery team happily set up the furniture to my preference and showed me how everything worked. Highly recommended all around. Thank you!

I ordered a beautiful dining room and it was delivered by Team Massiano Logistic. When I ordered the set, I didn’t know of anyone local to put it together once it got here, so I paid additional for the company to hire someone to put it together.

I was nervous at first, but come to find out, they delivered the set and also put it together in less than 30 minutes because they put the chairs together at the warehouse.

They were amazing and I highly recommend!!

From the ease of placing the initial order through the top notch delivery process, I remain impressed! I had reached out prior to placing the order and customer service was very helpful answering my questions. While waiting for delivery scheduling, emails were received with thorough questions regarding stairs, type of building (home, warehouse, apartment, etc) whether any certifications needed to be obtained, gated community, etc. As stated on the website, it can be a bit if a wait for delivery to be scheduled and I believe it was roughly 7 weeks. I was notified of a delivery date and was able to confirm via email - very convenient! The driver called about 30 minutes prior to arrival and before I knew it, I had a beautiful couch in my living room. Two gentleman had everything in, unwrapped, upright and good to go! Professional, courteous, personable, fast and tidy. The couch itself is also better than I’d hoped for. Sturdy pieces, nice fabric, comfortable cushions and the color is exactly what was pictured. Very pleased with this experience!
