L&S Logistics Service blew my mind on delivery turnaround. We sent the BOL Wednesday after for pick up from our vendor in West Palm Beach, FL and our pallet from our vendor was delivered to Manta Racks by 8:30am on Thursday. In today's environment, I did not expect such great service! Great Job L&S Logistics!

Not willing to help. This guy Mark at the warehouse is rude and not willing to listen. All the hassle they made me do to get my own item because they wouldn’t deliver to me was unbelievable. Had to rent a truck and a trailer and drive 2 hours and still they didn’t give me my item. Got to hire a flat bed tow just to take it out from their property. I got the same item several times and never had a problem with other carriers but with L&S. The only answer I got from them was liability reasons for every solution I came up with. Stay away from this shipper. Never again.

I had some issue with the company utilizing L&S service. They did not setup a delivery for which the item could be delivered to my house.

Having said that, Preston, of L&S, did everything in his power to get me options. I ended up renting a truck and they were able to load the item on my rental. It was not optimal for me personally, but L&S did everything they could. My review of OC Ramps would not be as good.

Thanks to the folks at L&S for working through a bad situation.

That street needs more room to park or the place does. Get your parallel park on.
Got into a dock pretty quick and manager and workers seem friendly and professional. Very busy kinda tight place bit not as bad as it looks.

Tell your CDL drivers to stay out of the passing lanes! They make traffic worse with slow acceleration and all for their own convenience. A lot of mad drivers who will eventually review your company into the ground

I requested dock pick up of my Trike that was shipped in a 10L x 5.5W crate. The crew took additional time and was VERY helpful and CONCERNED my trike was loaded properly.

It wasn't their fault I showed up with a trailer that made loading a challenge. But they certainly met that challenge. Great job by Kelly, Ben and Tom... there were others also, the whole team was great from the front office until I drove out the gate.

I'm not a professional driver, just a guy that appreciates great customer service.

Ok, this isn't my first time reviewing, but after what happened the night 09/13/2023, about 2130. Got a call. My load was ready. Went in and around back. Used to be when you picked up a load at night, the supervisor met you around back and told where to put the empty, handed you your paperwork, and verified you got the right loaded trailer. Not this time. So, as per previous pickups, I drove around to the rear. Never saw anyone, so i called inside to see where to put empty. The person on the line checked with someone and said, "Come in and get paperwork, then drop it." I don't think he realized I was already around back. He asked if I saw the small staircase, and I said yes by dock 1, and he said yes. This is where years ago we brought paperwork for an inbound load. Not anymore. I went in and stood there like we used the do, and a guy eventually got off his forklift and came over and told me I needed to go around front for the paperwork. Duh, I probably should have figured that one out, but I had just woken up. He told me to drop my trailer in the middle of the path, and someone would take care of it. But I was just told on the phone not to drop it until I got my paperwork. Not wanting to roll over my clock, driving around the building, I walked around the building to get the paperwork. Maybe I shouldn't have walked. (Remembering later, they have a rule about that), but I did. When arriving back around at my truck the same guy from the forklift (Bobby) was walking across the lot yelling at me that I do not walk around his yard and that he told me to drop my trailer where it was and I advised prior to him saying that I had been told to not drop it until I had my paperwork. He said, " I don't care who told you that I told you to drop it here, and I am a supervisor." I said," How was I supposed to know you are a supervisor and he said because I'm wearing an orange shirt. I told him I was not privy to the info that only supervisors wear orange shirts, and I couldn't see the shirt of the person on the phone. Still yelling, he states this isn't Roadrunner, whatever that means I have no clue. He then decides, as his supervisor role must give the right to do, to drop my paperwork on the ground and walk away. Remember, he hasn't even checked to make sure I hook up to and take the correct trailer. Needless to say, I don't look at him as a supervisor and will never have respect for someone who feels the need to yell like a tyrant when he speaks to someone. I feel sorry for the people under him. I write this review because I haven't seen the owner whom I would recognize, but this will get his attention, and I expect I will hear from him. Otherwise, let me explain that most everyone else at this facility are good respectful people. In 8 years, I have never had an issue like this. Well, maybe except James (Jim) from many years ago, but he just had to be coddled.
