Very reasonable, helpful and responsive folks. In the end we cross-docked in a different warehouse (liner was less than helpful and refused to deliver to LogiWorld). Once they knew that they immediately issued a full refund. If I ever have to deal with a container again, I will go to LogiWorld, for the professionalism.

We found Steve the owner of LogiWorld by chance when researching a question our original removal company couldn't answer. Steve not only knew the answer immediately he then quoted us a much, much better price to ship our household goods from USA to UK. This was our 8th international move - so have some experience in this field! I was a little nervous - thinking you get what you pay for, etc. What you get from Steve is first rate service, he's always available to answer queries, flexible a real "can do" person. He made an excellent job of packing our container. Kept us informed of the progress of the container, put us in touch with his UK agent who was also very helpful. I would recommend LogiWorld without hesitation
