In every logistics environment our sole hope is getting the freight to our customers in a timely manner. I have been working with Logistics Fox for quite some time now and they have always proved to be efficient, prompt and courteous each time. To date i have not encountered any issues that caused disappointment. The reps i deal with Dan Huff and Kai are wonderful, always keep our company well informed of our freight, they give us the best competitive rates, and they reply to my emails almost immediately. Great company. Dan and Kia are amazing. They are super helpful with arranging shipments and have the best communication. Even if there is last minute shipments that are urgent, they’ll make sure it gets done. Highly recommend using them!

We have been using Logistics Fox for years. The level of service, care and professionalism is what separates them from other shipping companies. We have always had issues with our trucking but now using Logistics Fox the trucks are on time and have even been able to get our rates lowered. Terrible company. Maybe ok for LTL but if its truckload there is absolutely no service or tracking. When I call in I am told one person can find out tracking info and I have to wait for him to come in. I have left messages but no returned calls. Its the hope and pray method of shipping
