We lost our key when we came to move our stuff out. The young lady in the office was very nice about it. She happily came out to cut the lock off for us. The fee was only $25. Well worth it. It's great to find Good customer service. It's secure and we never had an issue with our belongings. If we're ever in the need to store a few things we'll return here.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location if you are in need of storage space. Denise is THE BEST and ALWAYS eager to help any way she can! No matter how many times I have blown her phone up with questions or needing assistance at one of my units, she has always been right there! She has never failed to have a quick resolution no matter what I have going on in my VERY busy/chaotic life, requiring me to “pop up” on short notice, and never being able to remember how to access my unit 🫣🤪 No matter how many times she explained it to me, no matter how many times I would still forget, she has always been beyond patient with me. Thank you, Denise, for being so wonderful to me! As always, YOU ROCK!!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🤩💯
