This a third-party shipping post and you shouldn't trust them they will over charge you for services and lie to you. They told me they could over night a CT scan on a disc to the Shreveport VA. and added extra fees for overnihht and fees for signature , and envelope they also charged me for was not going to making in one day. Even though I explained the importance of it get to a team of doctors concerning my husband throat cancer diagnosis. All the extra cash that was charge to me was unnecessary. Once they get there hands on your item, there's no estimate. It's we can and promises they can't keep with as many extra charges they can add. "Beware"

The Shipping Post’s staff are fast and efficient. I visit the location on Richmond Road in Texarkana often. Today, I stopped by to get copies made, fax some paperwork, and overnight some other documents. I was in and out in less that ten minutes. They are very convenient! I highly recommend!

If you use this place you need to make sure your package is insured. I didn’t and my package with gift cards to my family never made it out of Texarkana and the postal service won’t do anything about it because this is a third party site. The only thing they are willing to do is refund the shipping fee.

Do not ever have anything shipped from them. You would figure a business as small as them would be very helpful and they sound super friendly on the phone but they say one thing and do another. One representative told me that they would waive one of the fees to pick something up. They ended up trying to charge me for it anyways. They told me they would pick up my package that afternoon. They didn’t. When I tried to confront the company over the phone about the issues I encountered as a pissed off customer they rudely told me that they would no longer ship my package and refused to do business with me. In business I was always taught when you tell a customer something you have to honor it!

I sent my nephew a gift it was a big item I could not find a large enough box and it was a real pain I took it up to Shipping Post and that young lady was awesome she had to put two boxes together but she went above the call of duty it was packaged perfect and he got it next day. She was so professional and had a awesome personality they take the stress out of sending a package . Thanks so much .....

We were passing through Texarkana and left our Ipad at the hotel. I called the shipping post and they went to pick it up for us, safely packaged it and within a few hours it was on its way back to me for a very reasonable price. We received it within a few days in great condition. Would definitely recommend!
