After about 2 weeks of getting an estimate (this was not them taking 2 weeks) The team member I was working with guaranteed a 3-5 business day delivery which is a very big reason as to why I was using this company. I had better rates from other companies but these guys assured that it would take 3 days but 5 days was just in case something happened on their end. Movers load our goods and leave. My wife and I moved to a new home out of state under the assumption that our things would be here quickly. My things got picked up September 17 24 and here we are October 2 and I don’t have my goods, the company never answers their phone, I have to leave a voicemail to get a call back. So it’s a pain to get a hold of someone on the phone, the deadline has not been met I don’t have a date for delivery, and I am still expected to pay $600 as my final payment. I will never use this company again unless a manger or supervisor contacts me to work this out. If this happens I will update this review.

A TOTAL SCAM!! Do not use this company! I was offered a “reduced” rate due to “a last minute cancellation” for a total of about $2100. I gave them a list of items I had to move for this price. After several “confirmation” calls and AFTER THE CANCELLATION WINDOW HAD PASSED, I finally got a human asking me to measure my items—which immediately put me outside of my allotted space in the truck. 285 cubic feet, which doesn’t show up on the paperwork. MY COUCH WOULD NOT FIT IN THIS ALLOTTED SPACE, which turned out to be about 10’ wide (width of truck) X height of truck, which left about ONE FOOT OF LEGNTH. I was told “the software used measurements from the 1980s” and modern furniture was bigger; hence the discrepancy in the dimensions from estimate to actual truck space. At which point they started charging me 4X the money. I have reached out to my credit card for help because they refused to give me a refund even though the truck never came. They also didn’t represent themselves as a broker, rather than the actual movers.

If I could give it no stars, I WOULD. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I called for an estimate and was given one of 2800. A few days before my move, they doubled my estimate. Prior to pick up, I had to call and email multiple times to get the date and time window of my pick up as I was given a two day window initially. The agents who gave me my first and second estimates said that my requested delivery date of June 1 would be no problem. My items were picked up on the 25th of May by "Handle With Care" moving company. Two boxes were broken up on packing my items. I also had room left in the vehicle but was still charged the max amount although Lincoln said I would be reimbursed for any remaining room. And I had quite a bit left over. It is now June 5th and my items will be "loaded" on Monday, the 10th with an estimated delivery of the 13-14th. I am beyond upset as I took time off work to do this move and get my house in order, but it won't arrive for 2 weeks after I've been in this state. Lincoln logistics promised me my things by the 1st and now, after they've gotten my money (and then some), they keep saying this is out of their control and nothing to be done.
Update: my things didn't arrive for 48 days! Lots of things missing, half of it broken, and I even got other people's things!
