My cargo trailer had been hit in an accident and I went to Liberty on referral from a nearby trailer dealership. The assessment was thorough and the estimate was received in a reasonable amount of time. Once I received approval from the insurance company, I placed a deposit for the axle, fender, and other parts that needed to be ordered. When the parts arrived, I arranged drop off, and the repairs were completed in the estimated time line.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Wasted all day and charged $650 to rewire a box for trailer brakes. Didn't even check to see that the truck's factory brake system worked!!! I still don't have trailer brakes!!! They wanted to charge an extra $2k for that!!! What a crook!!!

I’m from out of town (800 miles away) and was in Jacksonville to pick up a 12K trailer from my in-laws. I had to rebuild both axles and rewire the trailer before I could get it home. The folks at Liberty Trailer had everything I needed in stock, it was really great prices! They were helpful as heck and when I had to make my second trip there, they greeted me BY NAME!! I could not possibly say enough positive things for how much I appreciate all the help and hospitality!!

My driver had issues with his 2013 Reitnouer Flatbed , cracked axle hanger , they have pulled him im rightaway and started working on it , i have asked if they can replace the shock absorbers while the trailer is in , they made no problem did that to . Since the shock absorber brackets were very old and rusty they had to cut them and weld new ones . I have been expecting to pay a lot of money , they were working 8am to 4pm , but no , they just charged the same amount as they gave us as an estimate , even they made a lot of unexpected work .

Thanks guys putting my driver back on the road , and making a good start of the year .

They are absolutely amazing... They helped me when no one else could. Or actually would.. they are all so nice , didn't get aggravated with me when I called 15x a day. And mean that literally.. lol. We will make store to go here every time we need something. For any reason that involves trailers

The owners stand behind their work and product 100 percent. I had an issue with a job they done for me and it wasn’t cheap. The owner refunded me my whole ticket back so it’s as if I’m back where I started money wise. His Name is John Staten. Really good guy and great company. Highly recommend
