Booked a load from Trey McCready, and he agreed for me to take it to a truck wash to get the mud of the tracks of the excavator.
Short story. I received payment for the wash, but he tried to get away from paying the extra cheap fee of $50 bucks for my time and detour. Ended up paying only $ 35 out of $50.
Trey McCready, you are worth $13 dollars .
A real man will stand behind his word, but you have none.

If you are a Owner Operator I warn you now don't ever do business with this company. I booked a load and got screwed out of detention and had to pay $10 for a Comcheck on a lumper fee they are responsible for paying. If I could give them a no star I would. This is the worst company I have ever pulled for. I've been in this business 9 years and I've dealt with bad companies but LTD logistics is the worst

0/10 service, all normal carriers avoid booking loads with this company. canceling the loads last minute with supid reasons, using methods of you gave us wrong eta etc etc... simply I am into this bussiness for almost a decade, its hard to choose but this is the works possible service and experiance I had with one broker!!!!

They booked our truck to do a load, but after 172 miles of deadhead, even if arrived at the scheduled time and the truck was already at the PU site, they cancelled the load...on Friday PM. Initially they said they would pay Truck Ordered but Not Used and the deadhead, but after two weeks of asking that TONU, they refuse to pay it, invoking some absolutely irrelevant reasons. Absolutely unprofessional, in my opinion. We have warned all our partners about this experience, so now they are in the Black List of at least 24 carriers. Be Aware!

I had called several times to follow up on an unpaid invoice and stated that I did not receive payment. I had asked if they could re-issue the check, well needless to say, they are not re-issuing the check and called me a bit_ _ and hung up on me.
I would give them an F and wouldn't do business with them!

Joke company that's pretending be a logistics provider.

Disappointed I used them, because their inability to schedule an FTL shipment made me look incompetent.

They had called to tell them that our truck was going to be late, and I told them it was fine, just that they could only deliver in a certain 8 hour window. Then there was a second call made to them to reiterate the importance of delivering within this window. Ended up having my organization's director unload a truck because he was the only one around, and wasn't brought up to speed on their scheduled delivery window. Talk about not professional and embarrassing.

To make things worse, when I called to ask what happened, they hung up on me.
