Facility looks terrible. Trash everywhere, units half open with peoples things laying everywhere. Guy living in unit 65. Looks like a camp site is built in the rear area with a fire ring. Grounds have not been cared for in many years. No office or security of any kind. Fence is a joke. Has a coded gate with an open gate 20 foot away. Wish there was a way to post pictures, discription does it no justice. Not enough room between the gate an 4 lane highway for vehicles with trailer. You have to get out of your vehicle to enter your code. The key pad is mounted to the post of the gate. Good thing there’s an open gate next door! Looks like someone was struck in the mud trying to get around the rear of the building they rented me. I’m get a refund. I’d suggest stopping y before you call. Save the aggravation of refund procedure. This is just a review but place speaks for its self. Wish I could post pics!

This place is TRASH. Only put your stuff here if you want everything stolen out of it. My boyfriend rented a unit here and got his stuff stolen twice!!! Put your stuff in a dumpster and it will be more secure.

Like many others reviewing here, I rented a space here and got robbed. Their insurance is worthless as you need both photos and receipts for lost items to recover the value. Sure, lemme just pull out that receipt for the 20yr old set of golf clubs that were stolen! Do not rent here. You've been warned.

I started a rental with this company in November of last year. I am chronically ill and in the hospital so I put everything on auto draft. Nothing was drafted after 3 months and received an auction notice via email. There was no certified letter or any forewarning. I paid it promptly. Since March I haven’t been able to contact anyone..again I had it set to auto pay. No phone calls saying I was 3 months late. I was told today that the unit was locked down via the call center but a fellow tenant there said the door to the unit is open & free to whoever can get my things. I have been lied to. The person who answers the phone doesn’t understand basic English and got rude with me several times and called me a liar. All I’m asking is to make sure my things are still there and safe but no one will meet me to see that personally and or accept payment from me. I have asked for the owners name several times…I am filing a police report on Monday and my attorney will be reaching out as well. Why is it so hard for a business to handle things properly? I actually wonder if the owner knows what’s occurring. Just stay away from this place. The people who are running it are thieves and nothing is safe. I will edit I remove this post if someone will call me back. If not I will be involving the police and my attorney. I also have placed a call to the better business bureau and also the 7 on your side. Please just do the right thing! I’m trying to pay a bill. In what world is holding someone’s stuff hostage the right thing to do? I hope you are proud of yourself..honestly I’m only going this far because I want my things especially family items from my childhood and my sons life. Just do the right thing!

I was at this facility for 3 months. After 2 months someone broke into my unit and stole the majority of my things. A week had passed, I already filed a police report and insurance claim but the owners never tried to contact me about the break in. You can’t even speak to anyone directly, you go through a call center. I’ve been told the manager does “weekly walk throughs” but it’s been weeks since anyone’s actually been there. They need better security and/or an on-site manager.

Drove over an hour and a half rented trucks and movers for units one in an auction the agreement with me at 8:00 and it had been the same for several days. But upon arrival we were told that the only person that could let us in was at work and his other job so we lost wages we lost money and 2 weeks later still haven't recouped the losses it is going to take to make it down there to actually get the merchandise won in the auctions. They've said that they could knock off a couple of the deposits for 75 dollars each on the five units that we have to get cleaned out but still celebrates you know it was raining and cold and it just kind of a hassle and a waste of a day and man hours and lost wages

I called a week after renting my unit to cancel and get a refund because i wasnt going to have a way to put my stuff in storage. And its been like 3 weeks with no call backs and still no refund. No wway of getting in touch with the manager. These people will give you the run around when it comes to money.

They stole my $4000 bedroom set and blamed it on another tenant. They gave me a random ladies personal information ( name and phone number ) and when I called her I was told they stole her things as well. They changed the gate code on me and continued to let me pay for my storage for 2 months before I had to jump the gate just to find that all my stuff was gone. Idk if they’ve gotten new management since then but I would not trust these people in this area of Hot Springs regardless.
