Yesterday after driving behind one of their trucks on the highway the truck was losing stuff out of the back and it cracked my windshield. Yes I was far enough back once I saw things flying out. Followed the truck and got all the info off of it. I called the manager and he agreed to reimburse me for the damages. Then he calls back and stated he didn't believe me that his truck did the damage. Therefore I had to call the police and make a report to which he still refused to pay for the damages he had agreed to at the beginning. He's not a stand up guy and my car is how I provide for my children as a single mother I can't afford a 300-400 dollar windshield replacement. He should be ashamed to make a verbal agreement to be a responsible man and take care of it. But instead he's being a cheap coward and not staying true to his word.

I've talked to one of there drivers ,which I won't name because his fear of retaliation.
LAC Trucking is the worst company to work for and his claim of bad delivery reputation is true ,almost never on time. Damaged cargo Etc
