This place sucks. Plain & simple. I am In the military and I have a very important military event TOMORROW, and they reported my package delivered & its not. This package contained my gown. This is very inconvenient and they also do not have a phone number on the website. How am I supposed to contact you? If you don't have a phone number to call? This place seems very unorganized and this is just flat out ridiculous I hope sometime in the near future this place gets their stuff together. I would give this place 0 stars if I could

every single or i make that come through yall either never gets delivered or STOLEN, currently have a package coming from y'all, 2 day express shipping & it now has no date.. after being delayed.. yall are a joke seriously

Working here is 3 times harder than in any Warehouse jobs. You need to perform 170 UPH which is 170 scans an hour. Too much walking. I know the guy who did 170 UPH an hour but they still asking for more UPH this guy eventually left because of how they treat him. It's unimaginable they even lie you about breaks. It's suppose to be 15 minutes but they give you 10 minutes. Dirty shelves and breathing too much dust it's unhealthy. They don't even have a free water for employees you need to spend $1.50 for some small bottle of water in vending machines which is totally screwed.

Garbage company, the driver unloads the goods here very slowly, and the staff inside do not arrange the unloading port. Many drivers have disputes here because of the queue. It takes 3-5 hours for 2-3 pallets, which wastes a lot of manpower of the company in a day material resources

1/2⭐ NOT 5 stars, Update: 2024: They hide the bad reviews, so I had to rate 5 stars to be seen. Been here for years and it's always been fun and decent; however, it's progressively worsened from high turnover. It's an unsafe place to work. Dangerous outdated equipment, lackadaisical safety adherence, apathy from management. Scrambling to meet unrealistic production quotas. The company itself hasn't recovered from the FTC fines for misleading customers, and legal investigations into exploited garment workers. The whole place has turned negative. It's a bit sad, like watching a ship sink. Drivers, supervisors, pickers are stressed, communication is harsh and demanding, blame culture is rife, and employees are rewarded (tacitly or explicitly) for unethical, harmful, or nasty attitudes like a rigged game of "Gotcha!"
