Joyce is amazing! I was moving my daughter into University of Arkansas. At the last minute (during a snow storm) Joyce was so kind and helpful to get us a storage unit. Affordable prices but more importantly, customer service was excellent! Thank you!

Not Recommended – Poor Experience

I recently visited Keyport Self Storage, and I was really disappointed with the entire experience. The facility was not clean and didn’t seem well-maintained. The staff wasn’t helpful at all, and it felt like they didn’t care about customers’ needs.

If you want a safe, clean place to store your belongings, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. This facility needs serious improvements in both customer service and upkeep.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Dirty Facility

I had a really bad experience at Keyport Self Storage. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the facility was dirty, even though it’s supposed to be an open facility.

If you’re looking to store anything important, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s not clean or well-managed, so if you want to store your garbage here, that might be fine, but definitely not your personal belongings.

I needed a storage unit quick and they were able to get me one within 30 minutes. Joyce was the lovely lady who got me all set up, she is extremely nice and welcoming. Very thankful for her help and how easy it was to set up everything.

I had to rent another unit and once again Joyce was very sweet and the process was so easy! I am so thankful I called this morning and found this place!
