ZERO ...for service and everything that i can remember ..we where strugling with this company for a long time and finaly got rid of them .. watch out for ur contract ...they are trying to deceve you on every way that they can ..be sure to know how long is ur contract and be sure to cancel it 1 month or 2 before it ends because automaticly they will extend it with you wanting or not . Problems with cables and boxes
Problem to get them fast on phone or to solve problem fast . HIGHLY NOT RECOMENDED except if you want headaches ..

If I could give this place a zero I would and after reading others reviews I can definitely relate and I can almost guarantee it is the exact same lady every one talks about. She is very rude immediately told me I can’t help you didn’t even explain why until I asked and she rudely gives me an answer as if I should already know the answer lol. I mean I get errors happen not everyone can have their needs met same day but don’t be bitter and rude about it.

Went to get fingerprints done and they had signs to wear a mask and to use sanitizer pump. I went inside and the lady didn’t have a mask on and she kept sniffing like she had the sniffles. Stay home! Anyways i had my own mask and didnt talk much to her.
