This business is great at alterations and have used them several times for alterations! However, do not go here for dress preservation. Preservations are not prioritized at all, they had our dress for 5 months, never returned our messages , and at one point misplaced the dress and we had to go into the room to find it ourselves. 5 star for alterations, 1 star for preservation.

They avoided calls after saying they could fix my husband's suit which had a month hole. They said it had to be fixed before it was cleaned which is fine. Now they say they don't fix clothes they just dry clean. Just picked it up and it was dry cleaned. I do not recommend this place at all!
