I had a terrible experience with Jumpp Logistics regarding payment for a delivery. On July 18th, 2024, at around 0600hrs, John Keller from Jumpp Logistics called and requested my services to pick up a load at 0800hrs in Austin, TX, to be delivered to Education Products Inc. in Carrollton, TX, the same day. The agreed payment was $600, which John Keller said he would send via CashApp upon arrival.

Upon arrival, John Keller requested the receiver’s name and proof of delivery. After providing this, he said he was driving and his boss was in a meeting, asking if he could pay me the next day. I refused since this was not our agreement. He then offered to send $300 via CashApp and the remaining $300 once the load was off my truck. I refused again. He then stated he could only pay through his company after I completed the carrier and enrollment packet for Jumpp Logistics. I refused again.

After much back and forth, he offered to send $500 via CashApp immediately and $100 after I completed the enrollment process. I agreed reluctantly as I needed my truck for another load. I sent my email for the enrollment packet on July 18th, 2024, but received no response. I followed up on July 19th, and he said he’d check his email but still no response.

On July 22nd, I contacted John Keller again, mentioning I had reached out to Ron Black about the payment. John Keller told me not to contact Ron and then sent the enrollment info via email. However, I still haven’t been fully compensated despite providing proof of delivery and completing enrollment packet.

I can see clearly that the negative reviews about this company are true. Our company was contacted by Jumpp/Blast Express to perform services for them, and they have not made one single payment to us. We are now going to have to sue them in order to collect our payment. Larry Jordan the owner acted like they were a reputable company but clearly they are not as not only do they not pay their drivers, but they also don’t pay their partners. I recommend clients and drivers alike avoid this shady company.

Best legal scam ever! The high star reviews are fake, so don’t be fooled. I stayed even when I got no round number amount for pay. They do not pay for your gas unlike advertised. I canceled definite pay thinking I could earn decent money for Mother’s Day. Two weeks of driving for over 8 hours for Ling distances to get 15 dollars for tips on the second week then 107. You’ve been warned

I tried it one day, but it's not flexible they add deliveries back to back, unlike other delivery apps that let you select whether you can and want to work and give you the payout amount per stop. I would prefer to know how much I will make per delivery and have the option to work or not. Communication is the key. Let them know your availability! Update 03/18/24 to this review, in regards to the payment received as a driver, I only got half, and the dispatchers got the other half the money earned. I had a cargo van that took a little over 100 to fill up, and when I saw I only got $160 from $320, I was 😡. I was delivering cookies, not worth the pay. The cargo van was the only means of transportation I had.

Please don’t waste your time with this job they are a scam and a rip off! You can make better money with other delivery companies. They pay you what they want to give you and will not provide proof of the work you’ve done. You will definitely be out of pocket more than the money you will receive. You basically work for free the 3 weeks you have to wait to get paid , because when it’s time to get paid your money will not add up.

I was going to drive for them but then read the reviews. You'll be dumb to waste your gas for the runs they give. And lying about your pay. It's funny bcuz there's really no one there to talk too but quick to send u on the cookie pick up runs! No sir!

They lie about wages claiming they pay a certain % but you do not get to know what your paid until after the fact as they claim to mail you checks (where are they?) and you make below minimum wage as a 1099 employee. They do not communicate well and use very similar tacts as an MLM. Run away its a waste of your time. Mcdonald's pays way more than these folks.

This is a scam. They'll send you from Sam Rayburn and Dallas North Tollway to pick up 1 delivery to 380 and 720 and pay you $10. Once you account for tolls, gas, time, and taxes on the back end of your 1099 you make negative money. The paycheck is 3 weeks out (what other job has ever done that) while you spend out of pocket. They rely on a rotating pool of new drivers that are oblivious to that reality. The rate to go to Celina is the same as going to Cross Roads and Oak Point. They make at least $40,000 a month off of their contract with Tiff's Treats and pay their drivers like this. They can afford to actually pay their drivers more money but refuse to and chastise you when you point out the obvious.
