Recently I did place an original order for a dual fuel transfer tank. Talk to someone and confirm that they had it in stock. Two days before original arrive I called to confirm shipment only to find out that it wasn’t in stock and was backed up another 2/3 weeks. During that call I did manage to find someone to help me find out a different solution so we did two single tanks with pumps and paid for next day delivery. The day comes and the delivery company failed to inform me on arrangements for drop off delivery. I was heading out of town so I needed it that certain day. I didn’t get my delivery on time.
So we had to find out logistics to a whole different state. Now, I was gonna pay an additional $320 for another shipment due to someone else’s error. This was unfair to me. I did leave a 1 star cause I felt no one help me when I kept calling to get updates instead of the other way around. Shortly after Gia did call me and tried to figure out what was going on and figured out the delivery route. She was able to help it get it to one of my rentals plus get my $320 back for the additional cost. She was polite and figured out the solution. They did earn back my business just by that simple act of help that I needed. I’ll be shopping again pretty soon

I ordered and received a diesel fuel storage tank from JME. When it arrived there was damage to the bottom of the tank which resulted in fuel leakage. I had ordered the tank from JME, vice the identical tank from Amazon at a lower cost, because I hoped that if there were any issues JME was more likely to stand behind the product. This proved to be a good choice as JME did stand behind their product and resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Additionally, my experience with the customer service rep (Gina Grace Hansen) was very positive. She was professional, efficient, proactive and kept me frequently informed of the status of my claim. After the initial disappointment of receiving a damaged tank, my experience with JME was outstanding.
