Slow waste a lot of valuable time doing nothing place to small to have so many trucks coming in and they can’t unload them in a timely matter. Will not be coming back here. They unloaded 3 trucks that came after me. Avoid coming here if possible.

Very poor experience today at JMS. I sat at the will call door for over an hour. Workers seen me, even loaded a guy beside me. No one ever said a word. I had to go back up front and ask what was going on and for my money back. The lady at the will call desk was a very sweet person. I told her I would go ahead and take it if they could load me now. She called someone who she said was "their boss". He came got my paperwork and acted like it made him mad to have to get me loaded. I pulled back around to get loaded and they were finishing up loading the guy who was behind me. Finally 20 minutes later I was loaded up. The "boss" never said a word or offered an explanation. I figured I might get a small discount or something for the trouble, but nope nothing, only the sunburn on my face from waiting an hour in the parking lot. The lady up front was a sweetheart. If it wasn't for her, I'd be driving to Little Rock tomorrow to get aluminum. Not cool JMS, you might want to study up on customer service.
