I didn't realize how extremely low my brake fluid was, and they were very helpful in making sure it was full before leaving. I was very grateful for this, and when I got home to tell my husband he was impressed as well. I will definitely be going back for more oil changes and other vehicle needs.

Had an oil change done on my 2018 Ford edge. They didn’t fasten the bottom cover back on and it fell off while driving down the highway and could have caused a wreck! When I asked the manager about it he agreed to order me a new cover for the bottom and told me he would call me once the part came in and replace it for me. After calling over the last few months and getting the run around I finally gave up and realized they were full of it and wouldn’t fix it like he promised. Highly recommend going somewhere else and not getting screwed over like myself!!

Do not get your oil changed with these people.
I got my oil changed the other day and after driving my car a few days my check oil light came on so I checked my oil and noticed my oil level was half way down the dipstick.
I filled it back to where it’s supposed to be at the full mark!… and light goes out and no more problems!
I do not have an oil leak. My cars new and with low, low miles. They just were too lazy to do the job right in the first place!
People were very slow, and too damn lazy to do the job like they advertise, in 15 minutes. lol!
I was sitting in the bay for close to 45 minutes.

Terrible. They freaked out and tried to tell me I had a blown head gasket. Cause I'm just a girl. I did my own research and I do not in fact have a blown head gasket. You are a strong independent woman. Do your own research and don't let anyone take advantage of you

I have been in twice in the last week a week ago today I went in to have an oil change, coolant flush, brake fluid flush and have brakes and tires worked on..while there they asked if I wanted my windshield wipers changed I said only if they need.. I had Bosch wipers that had been put on about three months ago so I knew they didn’t need it.. they changed them and placed the wrong size blade on one of them..I was told they had to order my brakes and tires the follow up was great but they tried to sell me the cheapest tires possible I told them the brand I wanted and they ordered what I wanted … show up a couple days later to have everything put on my car was there almost three hours at the end they come in while ringing me up and casually drop that they never even got my rear brakes done and I would need to come back not gonna lie I had a few choice words because no one said a word to me the whole time I was there… they tried to bill me for rear brakes that were not done and then acted irritated that I refused to pay for work they hadn’t done they eventually took coat off of my ticket…go to get in my car and my tire sensor system is now jacked up..I go back inside and tell them they try to play dumb what do you mean it says 1 psi? Then they agree to order part and install when I come back for brakes…my car now pulls to the left after alll this…. I go to check receipt to make sure they aligned my car after changing all tires…. They did not and I find a 130.00 charge for brake fluid replacement even though they had told me on Sunday after it was flushed that I would not need to worry about brake fluid when o came back for my tires.. I don’t recommend going here I went in to have my car taken care of and ended up with more headaches than I can count

Came in yesterday for a tire rotation and oil change. I stopped at Walmart and the plaza tire spot next door both with a 3 HOUR WAIT!

I was a little concerned seeing that this place wasn’t busy. (I look at high traffic business as a good thing obviously) BUT this place is a GEM and every employee there is rock solid! I just moved to the area and they got my business for years to come. Thanks guys👌

P.S. get yourself on Yelp. I didn’t know y'all existed. Or don’t so I never have to wait in line to the best multipurpose oil change spot in Siloam.
