We walked to this location because it was close to our resort/hotel, and it was almost 8 PM when we arrived and got settled.

What I liked...this was close to our hotel/resort and we were able to eat at Donalds the next two days because it is right next door.

What I did not like...the bread was not fresh, the staff seemed to just throw up the sandwiches. They placed the bread on the counter instead of the paper. They used the same knife to cut all sandwiches. Even though I told the lady taking the order when we first arrived...she still ended up asking me about every component of my order when she was building the inside of the Veggie sub and adding the Mike's Way part of the sandwich. I would rather you either read what I provided the first time or do not ask me until you are ready to build it instead of me having to say the entire order twice.

I know I am not returning to this location.

Amazing customer service from all the staff. Even during the lunch rush they are pleasant! Jarrod (sorry if I didn't spell your name correctly) you are amazing! Your customer service and smile make you stand out. Great staff, great food!

This Jersey Mike's is awesome because of Rowena! She made our sub perfectly. We are from out of town and made sure to stop back on our way out of town. Rowena remembered us and the sub we like! Amazing service. She deserves a raise! Thanks to Rowena for the great experience keep up the great work!

Very disappointed after my first visit. Went in yesterday for my spouse to order the club sub in a bowl and Mike's way. The employee still asked what bread I wanted so I reiterated a bowl. After about 5 minutes she called me over to ask what I wanted on it. I told her I wanted it how the club sub comes (without the bread) and to do it Mike's Way. They should know what that is, since they work there. Nonetheless, I arrived home to hand my spouse a club bowl that had no bacon, no ham, only cheese and turkey, pink lettuce, tomato, onion, and a little vinegar. It was missing everything and I still paid full price. It's a club sub Mike's way in a bowl...shouldn't have been this difficult and I really want a refund.

First visit...Ordered online and went to pick them up at the time they told me. I walked in and picked up our dinner and walked back out. I do think by the way people were looking at me there will be more people ordering ahead. There was at least 6 people waiting in-line to have their sandwich made to order and I got to walk in and back out. It seemed to me that quite a few of them were thinking Shoot I should of ordered ahead. lol
Second visit... We ordered online again and asked to pick it up a hour and a half later. In the additional comments box I asked that our order wasn't prepared to soon. I can say without any doubt that they weren't. How do I know Well a steak and portobello mushroom sub IF prepared and sat for even a short time would of caused the bottom of the sub to be soggy. It Was Not. All I can say is that this Jersey Mike's it very professional and they as pros they also Make One HELL OF A DELICIOUS SUB. Do yourself a favor and Partake in one of their extraordinary well made sandwiches. You'll Thank me latter...lol after you loosen your belt lean back and say God that was good.

I chose to visit Jersey Mike’s while in Myrtle Beach because it was close to my hotel and I wanted something light for lunch. I placed a mobile order through the app. Upon returning to the hotel, I noticed my order was inaccurate—I was missing tomatoes and received onions, which I had specifically requested to be removed.

Overall, the sub was decent, but I recommend the staff pay closer attention to order details to improve the customer experience.

Do not order from here. This last ordered twice a Philly steak and ended up on the toilet for hours. Think the employees don't wash there hands. Never had this experience at any other jersey Mike's. Been a fan for years. But will never eat at this place again.
