I have had the opportunity to work with this company since they opened the doors. Sam and his crew are some of the most caring and service oriented people in the industry. One of the worst brokers just beside tql in horrible service and barely understand any English. And don't read messages or listen to you on calls. They called a truck stop to wake me impersonating my company fraudulently and they woke me on my break when I dropped a trailer off at a steralite facility to load while I took a break and still trying to tell me I didn't get there on time when even the bol has the times as over 5 hours early which was marked and shows on their tracking app. Extremely unprofessional, no skills regarding those who make them money, is that haul the loads, and I filed a complaint with dot and since the new law they will investigate along with many other complaints. Also have all audio and messages so gave it to a news agency that already has started an investigation and they are contacting their customers to find out other complaints that are currently out there. Total incompetence on a level I haven't seen since a few other defunct or currently being investigated companies. Forewarning, they can barely speak or understand English which isn't any official requirement at all and it wouldn't bother me except they say they understand you but then not much later will ask the the same question that you just answered or try to argue they put information on a dispatch like pick up numbers and lie about it and I prove them wrong and not even any nice words, just hang up on you. A language barrier makes doing business difficult when they don't understand you or use that to manipulate things. I don't want a broker I have to argue with just to get the vital information I need to pick up a load. Customers and drivers, you are forewarned and should avoid this company at all costs.

Everytime I reach out to them I forget they don’t approve anyone and when I ask why? They don’t actually give you a reason as to why. Theres been times when they have the same load posted 10 times and I have a truck in the area and they will give me all the details and not book me but have it posted for rest of the day which makes no sense. Like if you can’t work with me at least give me a reason or maybe the loads are just fake postings
