If I can give this a 0 star rating I would, in the Jacksonville Florida office they have this scammer by the name of Emmy that coach the dispatchers not to pay what we should make, on the contract it says we get a certain percentage if we have a truck and a different one if we have a car, I switched to both and still received the same pay! Which was lower than what I was supposed to get! They take advantage of the drivers here and it’s very unprofessional, I know 3 drivers personally that have done great jobs and was told they couldn’t come back because of poor performance, but in reality it was because they took time off and had came back a few times which we are contractors so I don’t understand the issue there when they told us we can be available when we want to! Emmy is very unprofessional and he don’t allow dispatchers to pay drivers the full pay, this should be against the law, and when there is a issue Emmy don’t call back or take the phone calls. I really miss the Thomas guy that was the manager! He at least made sure issues were addressed, even though the pay was still with issues. As long as Emmy is there this is not a good place for drivers!

Most unprofessional hiring team I've ever dealt with
Used racially charged terms, unresponsive, unwilling to accept documents i paid to have notarized, required to complete 3+ hours of training and then was never contacted again. So it’s nice to be able to work with your delivery company when it makes sense. A package that was perishable and also being used on a given day was dropped to them for delivery. I contacted them via their contact page and was in communication with the route coordinator who understood my frustration about the standard route coming later than I needed the package. They rearranged the route (because they had the ability to-that won’t always be the case, obviously) to get me my package in time for dinner. Really appreciate them.

Expected my package delivered on Saturday and suddenly after waiting all day tracking says delivered. NO PACKAGE ARRIVED! I get the same Hello Fresh box every week and suddenly it doesn’t show up! I have a front door camera that shows no delivery was made. (Plus there was fresh snow with NO footprints at all!).
I called and left messages over and over but no response!

I depend on this delivery for my elderly parents. I really is a problem to have such an terrible company in charge of the delivery.

Definitely reported them to Hello Fresh, asking to have different currier service if possible.

Their carrier stole my package. Any company that allows their workers to leave a five star review is enough suspicion. Then looking at all these other ones stars, it looks like theft within the company has been an ongoing problem. I spoke with two people within this company and they say there’s nothing they can do. Do not use these people.

Edited for your response: You are right, that is a very serious allegation! Which is why you should probably look into it considering you have several customers on here claiming that their packages have been stolen!! So take your own advice! And yes I bet it is a great place to work. You get to steal whatever you want, and never get held accountable! LOL! Your response is proof enough. You’re too busy on here defending the actions of your workers rather than helping your customers! Way to prove me right and everyone else on here!

This courier service has been contracted by hello fresh for deliveries apparently. While we were at home on 1/16/2021 my wife received a notice in the evening that our package was delivered. We went outside to check for a box and nothing was there. We both checked tracking and it clearly stated it was delivered. I looked up the companies contact information and called their number. Their information states they are open 24/7. The directory has no customer service help, only numbers that go to specific people's voicemails that I'm sure never get answered. I was able to get ahold of someone in operations that actually picked up their phone. He directed me to a man named Jack and provided me with a phone number. Told me that Jack is part of a special team that handles the hello fresh deliveries and should be able to help me. I called the number provided and jack didnt answer. I left him a voicemail and he still hasn't returned my call. Judging by all the negative reviews pertaining to hello fresh packages not getting delivered I'm sure he was enjoying one of the hello fresh dinners. Of course we contacted hello fresh and were properly reimbursed on their end. I'm sure this courier service knows that and takes full advantage of it. That's why they get away with not delivering people's food. They don't care about the frustration they cause people. The disservice they offer is going to get their contract taken away eventually. The only 5 star reviews are from the employees that are probably in on this ponzi scheme.

Edit: a man named mike did reach out to me a few days after posting my original review. I expressed my frustration to him. He assured me it was a mistake. Told me to give him a ring if we had any other packages in the future. So we had another hello fresh package en route on 1/24 and I reached out to him. He ensured my package got to me. I appreciate his efforts on this matter.

They are a new carrier for Hello Fresh. I’ve been a Hello Fresh customer for years and never had an issue. According to Associated Carriers own tracking page my order should have been delivered on the December 8th. As of 930pm on December 9 still no delivery. At this point according to Hello Fresh the box is now spoiled. My first and hopefully only experience with them has been awful.
