Call AMS today and spoke with Jeanell who I advised that I needed a a copy of my statement. She was very pleasant and helpful. By the time I got off the phone with her my statement had already been emailed to me.

This is the WORST management company we’ve ever worked with. Rusty, our so-called property manager doesn’t respond and is nonexistent. I’ve sent multiple issues over 8 months and have not received one response nor fix. Find another HOA management company and run as fast as possible from AMS. $45/month for nothing and no service. But god forbid your late 1 day, and you’ll have a late fee on your HOA fee. I WOULD LOVE to be contacted by administration before we get legal counsel. Here is our latest beauty…

Rasing their rates 3x for 2026
AMS has never attempted to provide better services for our site. Has never attempted to improve the vendors or contracts or insurance rates. AMS has done absolutely nothing that would warrant an increase in rates, let alone a 3x increase. Our concerns are that AMS is increasing its rate 3x. It shouldn't even be as high as it is to begin with.

1 star is too many. Our sprinklers haven't worked for 1.5 years. Our "community manager" knows about. I have little to no pine straw in front of my townhouse and it's July. It's been over a year since the little amount that gets put out was put out. The front office won't let you talk to Management to complain about their services. They also won't relay messages. Horrible, terrible service would be an overstatement since no service is provided by AMSHOA.

ZERO STARS FOR ZERO EFFORT. (I could not post without marking at least one star)
Our local AMS Homeowners Association management company in Charlotte, NC is just one step above totally useless. They seem to exist for the sole purpose of taking 30% of our homeowner's dues as their management fees, paying the public utility fees but little else. I have reported numerous HOA covenant violations and they have done NOTHING about it other than reply with a form email and hiding being "due to privacy laws" as an excuse to never report if anything is being done. And, as it turns out, nothing ever is. Here is an example: AN ILLEGAL as written in the covenants chicken coop with rooster that awakens the neighborhood at dawn and crows all day.
