This storage place is nice. I've had all of my things stored for about a year and a half and I've had no issues. The staff is nice. I will update when I move out.

Update... Great experience. The movers even said this is a nice storage business. They were impressed by how clean everything was. Now, I had an insane amount of dust on everything that was "exposed" but, after 2 years of storage, there was not a single sign of pest. I would suggest wrapping your items and using boxes/totes for clothes instead of bags. Also, check-out was easy online. I just called them to confirm. I took pictures of my cleaned out unit just in case.

Paid a storage bill for a family member 2/3 times from my bank account, I have an unauthorized charge of $80 on my bank account, I’m not on this storage account and did not authorize for my bank card to be on file, the woman told me to get it from my family member, ask her could I talk to the owner she said NO.. I would have to talk to her because it’s a family business and I couldn’t talk to anyone but her! Very unprofessional, and to add insult to injury she then tried to take money from another account that I once used for payment after she had collected!
