We recently completed a large, complex remodel with Justin, and I don't think it's possible to have a better experience. Basically took the whole house down to the studs and started over. With this kind of project, I think communication is the most important piece of the puzzle, and Justin was wonderful to work with. He's very responsive, and his primary goal is to make sure you're satisfied. This was for a lake house built in 1960, and as you'd imagine there were many surprises. Justin got us through all of them, and his expertise and professionalism saved the day many times. His crew is fantastic, too - all of them were polite and friendly. We also changed our mind about a few things, and we asked him to do a couple of projects that were difficult from a construction standpoint, but he made them all happen - and with a great attitude and tons of patience.

He started the project with an incredibly comprehensive bid, and we went over every detail. Every single thing had its own line item - there were literally hundreds of them. Did tons of walkthroughs (at least 10 or 12 during the whole project) and had an absurd amount of meetings to hash out problems or settle a design, and he was attentive through all of it. His attention to detail is just fantastic. All of this is exactly the kind of organization that you need for a complex remodel. Can't recommend him enough!
