When I first started renting from here it was great. Which was exactly a little over a year ago. Things in life started happening and it ended up I became a single parent trying to raise 3 kids with no kind of child support or anything. So I was able to make partial payments so that way I wouldn't lose my things! Then when I got over a month behind the lady running things calls my sister n law to let her know a payment needs to be made. It ended up my sis n law calls the lady and gets pretty rude with her and so from then on I wasn't able to make partial payment anymore. So I find out this past week that with me being over $600 behind due to fact I couldn't make partials and not once contacted to let me know my stuff was getting auctioned when I kept in contact with this woman letting her know when I would try to come in to make my payment. As far as my sis n law the one that more than likely knew I was losing my stuff as well as the lady I thought was so nice and would work with me ended up not at the end will get theirs and if they don't that's fine too. It just sucks cause I did have a lot of sentimental stuff for myself as well as I had some of my dad's things he asked me to hold for him. I'm really going to check in things to see if there is anything I can legally do cause of facts I tried to get the lady in the office to take my number and call me and I know she ended up with my husband number that she never called to inform us of us losing our things. She knew that none of that stuff belonged to the person she had on file for contact. Totally disgusted and disappointed with this mini storage place. So sad I would've been able to save my things just 3 weeks later after if was auctioned off!!!!!!!!!

Affordable and safe place. Friendly staff and will work with you. If you want piece of mind this is the place for your stuff that you just don’t wanna keep at the house But can’t get rid of...lol
