Been here twice for hook and drop. Once it was on a weekend - paperwork was left with trailer. On second instance dealt with the shipping personnel and they were polite and helpful.

Everything about Hercules freight was pretty smooth with the exception of getting out of the gate. When you press the button somebody answers the phone like hello, I thought this was the button to get out the gate? After I spoke with the girl on the intercom I still had to wait a few minutes before she pressed button so I had to get out and press the button again then she opened the gate that was ridiculous 😒

Other than that, I dropped off a trailer picked up a new one and headed out to my next location. The transaction was smooth and silk.

I know how many years I have been driving and making deliveries, this is one of the worst I have had, it takes a long time to unload and those who unload on the forklift are rude, they take their time to unload, this is the last time I have a delivery here, I will never return. or unless you want to waste more than half a day to be unloaded
