I've been trying to get the cancelation of my timeshare finalized since May of last year and no one has ever gotten back to me. I want to be rid of this and the person that was supposed to be on maternity leave should be back by now.

Everything went smoothly. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable also. The resort location is great for exploring the Gulf Coast area. Having the golf course on site is a big plus. Course conditions were good and are improving. We played four rounds of golf. Staff at the resort and golf course were all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return for a third visit.

Our 2-level, 2-bedroom apartment was great to give our family space during our trip, and the proximity of the golf course was a nice bonus. However, the external appearance of the units and resort overall desperately need updates. We could tell they were in the process of doing things, but it's long overdue. The pool is not inviting and the putt putt course needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Location was nice and around a 20-minute drive to the coast.

Our 2 bedroom was very spacious. ( Not for those that don't like stairs.) RoKu TVs were in 3 areas. The pool area was good and the staff was very accommodating. It was very easy to travel to New Orleans and visit the WWII museum and attend a cooking school. The Casinos are also close as well as several restaurants. The Walter Anderson Museum of Art was so nice and that area is very quaint.

The unit was clean and updated. The resort is close to a golf course which my husband enjoyed. The outdoor activities have been refreshed. The staff was prompt in meeting any need. We have visited this property many times and are going back in a week!

Many things did not work. dumpster only at resort entrance. The ac did not work properly, a hair dryer did not work, and the tv had a very hard time connecting to the network. We could have been moved, but things should have been working when we got there. resort not crowded.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There’s a reason it’s so cheap!!!! This place is horrifically disgusting. My family got respiratory infections after being there for a couple of days. The place is falling apart. Every wall, floor, chair, bed and every single area is disgusting and dirty. After walking on the carpet for an hour, the bottom of our socks were BLACK. NOT CHILD FRIENDLY! This is a two story condo, and the slats on the railing is way too far apart. A full sized adult could fit between the railing. A child could easily get through and fall. We had to go buy gates to prevent any accidents. There is no maid service. You have to clean your condo and take your trash to the dumpster. The dumpster is way too far from the condo. Also, it’s the most disgustingly terrifying dumpster I’ve ever seen in my life. I literally vomited when I took my trash out. You can only get fresh towels 3 days out of the week, and that doesn’t include weekends. I could go on and on about all of the things wrong about this place. It needs to be condemned and demolished.

We arrived at 2:00 and were told to leave check-in was 4;00 and they were still cleaning. No one had cleaned in weeks, carpet turned white socks black, took a paper towel up to office after wiping up spilled water, filthy and the response was letting me know where to find a mop! Nothing provided, one wash cloth for four people. Did not stay, left early Tuesday morning, even though we had paid until Friday. Interval International did not respond! Never again.
