Found this company in Shiply. I was little nervous to use this company when I read the recent reviews here but I actually had a great experience with them. Made the reservation on Sunday, they sent the driver picked up my bike on Monday and delivered by Friday. Thanks you so much!

These people are scam artists. They did not getba driver in time and then when they finally got someone, the driver damaged my vehicle. This company basically said oh well, that is on the driver and we are not liable for the drivers even though we sent him. Basically, they do not stand by their service. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I booked with HB thru Shiply for delivery of my brand new Corvette. I was admittedly nervous. But they were extremely responsive and my car showed up when they said it would, within the agreed timeframe. The driver was respectful of my vehicle and texted me updates.

In reference to contract and your company has 1-4 business days from first day (Monday 1/13/25) to assign a driver. With 1/16/25 being the 4th business day. Your company did not meet this contract and it was not until the 5th day that they called me offering a driver, at which point I declined as per contract. At this point, I had to look for another company which successfully picked up the load in Les than 48 hours.

I have called and sent emails requesting my $200 deposit back and my calls and emails have been ignored. I filled a complaint with BBB. Do not use this HBtransit I would give 0 stars if it would let me.

had a great experience working with HBTRANSIT, this is the 2nd time. It’s important to note that they are not the actual carriers (none of the companies in this industry are), so while you might face issues with the carriers themselves, the broker is there to help you throughout the process. they did everything they promised and more, from booking my shipment to providing assistance when challenges arose with the carriers. Their customer service was top-notch, and they worked quickly to resolve any issues. I highly recommend using them for a smooth and reliable shipping experience!

This was my first time using Shiply to transport a vehicle, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. I accepted a quote from "HappyCustomerExpress," which claimed to have completed over 4,000 moves. However, I soon discovered that they operated under the name HBTransit Logistics, a broker outsourcing jobs to the lowest bidder. This was the start of a string of misleading practices and poor service.

After providing the deposit, delays began immediately. Despite promises to pick up the truck within 72 hours, no progress was made for days. Communication was inconsistent, with vague updates and multiple driver reassignments. The pickup was rescheduled multiple times, and my truck was finally picked up 8 days after the earliest promised date—well beyond the contract terms.

HBTransit’s handling was unprofessional. Calls to the company revealed excuses ranging from family emergencies to claims of “working on it.” The company failed to start arranging transport until well after my deposit was made. Even worse, the company misrepresented itself, falsely claiming thousands of 5-star reviews on multiple platforms, but many reviews online pointed to similar customer frustrations.

Upon reviewing their operations, I found that HBTransit Logistics uses shared office space and farms out jobs to other companies. Their "logistics" approach appears to prioritize cutting costs over providing reliable service. They even admitted to making minimal profit on my job, claiming out of the $100 deposit I paid, $70 went to the driver. Their business model relies on outsourcing to other platforms, resulting in poor communication and unreliable service.

At the end of the ordeal, I was offered a $100 gift card for a future transport with HBTransit as a token of apology, but I declined. The experience left me with no trust in their service and no intention to use them again.

TLDR: HBTransit Logistics misrepresents its capabilities, overpromises, and severely underdelivers. They provide poor communication, unreliable service, and misleading claims about their reviews and operations. Avoid this company at all costs.
