Oh man... you truly can't find a nicer group of folks to help you than Hayward Pipe & Supply Co. I called in asking about a custom build I'm trying to do for my home and potentially as a business. Instead of shooing me away when he realized I wasn't a customer, he took time to help me understand what I was asking for since I really didn't know. He gave me guidance and insight that helped push me forward weeks worth of research. Greg even called me back when he had another idea for me on how to help!

The staff here is helpful, it's clean, it's honest. But the biggest thing is they don't tell you "no". If you are looking for a super oddball part that no one seems to have, they won't say "no we don't have it", they will go get it for you and save you so much time in the process.
