Went there to get a hub replaced. After about 2 hours of the mechanic checking out the truck, we found out it wasn't the hub. Then, the service manager went for a ride with me to hear the noise. He told me it was over his head and to take it to a dealership. When I ask how much I owe him, he told me "no charge" when he could of easily charged me $200 - $500. They are a top notch facility!!!

These guys swapped out my leaf spring and air canister. Drove in to make an appt at a later time but they got me in right away and had me on the road that same afternoon. The mechanics were super chill and friendly. What I was charged was very reasonable. I’d def use this place again if needed. Thanks for the help!

The parts crew is solid, very customer friendly, and most importantly they don’t just try to sale you something they actually want to serve your needs. The mechanics are always cool and they really like my trucks. I have spent lots of money with this company. On the other hand I recently was turned off with a new guy they have working the service department. Less than 2 years ago I spent 6k on a new front axle with them and I just recently had to spend another 1400 on replacement casters because my truck was pulling to the right. The service rep told me he couldn’t do anything about it because different shops have their own standards. Moral of the story is with a new front axle not even 2 years ago I shouldn’t be replacing casters already. I won’t be spending anymore money at this shop if as a repeat customer my continued business doesn’t hold any weight. To me that’s a lack of value in customer relation.

Came in here for a front end alignment...they were great! Very knowledgeable, understanding (we had gotten delayed at another shop), and extremely friendly. Very reasonably priced and awesome customer service. Would definitely recommend or return! Also pet friendly, for those of you otr. The techs are very hardworking, and clean as they go.

I had my transmission replace by them and they quoted me a reasonable price. The service guy was wonderful and he explained to me the process. Plus I also worked as a service writer so I knew what he was talking about... Do I ever go back? That's not a question cos I always do but for parts also.. thank u guys..
