The guy in lumber was very helpful but the owner is a jerk! Needed a good bit of wood & insulation but they refused to deliver. Guess I’ll shop in West Helena from now on.

Very well stocked with large inventory of excellent quality merchant all around . Great prices too compared to Home Depot , Lowes ,etc that the closes is at over 50 to 70 miles away . Provide the the Cities of Helena - West Helena , AR needed merchandise . Unfortunately too many businesses closed down / moved of of the area during many decades of financial declines ? I'm new to this area hoping more people united to help support this community . In shopping and reaching out for other local services here that will help this community grow back up again ... CPK

I called the store they left me on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and asked did you realize you left me on hold for ten minutes? No apologies just rude. I also went in there to buy something and it was marked for a certain price. At the register it rang up for twice the price. I went to the show the attendant and they said oh mistake and didn't honor the price. I put the item back. I drive to other towns and support their stores as this store hasn't been helpful or courteous the times I have gone there.

Great place to get whatever you need for any building project. They have electrical, plumbing, paint and building materials. I was surprised at their level and range of inventory. Plus with ACE you get best pricing, don't need to drive to the city, it's all here!

Not service dog friendly. Does not understand that some service dogs are for protection and when they smell dope or something they sense as a threat. They will bark.. Like people steering at them. I will never go back
