Twice I had perishable food sent to me by this service. Twice now I have had to reorder it as it came after the ice had melted. I am being shipped a 3rd box, but they are going to ship it with a different carrier.

Do not use this company for any shipping needs. Shipped several cases of wine from California. Was supposed to arrive in 36 hours, but showed up 5 days later. Who knows where the wine was stored all those days. Kept getting the run-around when I would call for the status of the shipment. Finally arrived at 5:00 PM in a non refrigerated truck. They a supposed to be experts in wine shipping. I would not trust them with anything. Wish I could give them a 0 rating.

This company will troll you from the beginning till end. They will show up from nowhere and instead of package they will leave you a paper slip with no address. Your only option is to call number, where, well, no one is picking up the phone. But do not give up, keep calling. They will schedule another appointment with you with 4 hours (!) window, and then show up outside this window:) Then you have no other option just to drive there and get your package. But you need an address. So call customer support and be persistent. They may hang up on you few times, then just call them again. You will eventually get an address, which does not show up on Google. Also their official address stated on website is different. This all is shady AF, but you just go there. When you finally arrive do not expect warehouse with a big logo on the roof. Instead look for tiny logo on small door. Those door will be probably closed and locked during the regular business hour. Let's not surrender now when we get this far. You need to walk into warehouse using driveway used by big trucks. Yes, those are their official instructions. Throw away your safety concerns, you want your package, right? Warehouse is super-big, yet there is almost nothing inside. It looks like they just went out of business. If you do not see any human body there, keep looking. Once you find it, they may bring you to their office, which looks like they just moved in. This all looks suspicious and absolutely unreal, but be cooperative, you are about to get your package. Then try to smile into camera, because I am almost sure this must be some kind of reality show:-)

As others have stated terrible company. Package has been idle for days and when I contact the warehouse they could not tell me where my package is. They had told me they would put in a Status Request to the driver and in doing so my package was updated to REFUSED - RTS so I contacted them again and was informed that it was a mistake and they would correct it.
Then they told me it didn't make it on the truck and is still at the warehouse (3 days later after arriving to the warehouse). I asked if I could come pick it up and they told me NO they don't do pickups... I went to the warehouse anyways because that's just insane. I arrived and asked about my package and they said it was not there and they needed to contact the driver. They never did get ahold of him so I asked when is he done with his route and when do they close. Showed up just before closing and they said the driver still hadn't come back and to follow up in the morning. I did, apparently they are still waiting on a response from the driver... Either the guy is robot and just non stop going or this is just incredibly shady service. That or he took off to Mexico. They refuse to give me any kind of time frame and just give me the canned response "We will contact you when we have more information."

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: A logistics/delivery company who can’t find legitimate addresses and won’t deliver despite being given detailed directions.

My shipment was supposed to be delivered on 7/20/21 and they updated the tracking that it was the wrong address. I verified it was the correct address, but assumed their route navigation software was outdated as my neighborhood is all new construction. As such I called and gave directions along with telling them my address was on google maps. They even asked for my contact number in case the driver needed to call me. Low and behold they NEVER delivered it, NEVER contacted me again and sent my shipment back to sender.

Deserve 0 stars for guaranteeing a package to be delivered by 4pm after it was already one day late, and it still didn't arrive. Maybe it will come tomorrow? Customer service is quick to promise to make you happy at the given moment, but must not feel it necessary to actually know what they are promising. As I was personally guaranteed delivery by the CS rep Angel, I passed the information to my customer, who came to my business and waited until after 4 pm for a package that was never going to make it- it had been misloaded in the morning, and had Angel or any of the other numerous people I spoke to throughout the day actually put a trace on the missing package this could have easily been turned into a much better situation. I'll being using UPS of Fed Ex from here on out.

Rating NEGATIVE 10 Stars!!!
This place should NOT be in business, absolutely horrible customer service, the drivers have no clue on the local geographic or time lines and don’t care.
We were told 4 times the package was on the truck for delivery that day!
Days later after calling the driver directly, the package was delivered.
The products were ordered from Salon Centric, GSO is their choice of delivery service!
We highly recommend two options for future customer orders
1. Do not order from Salon Centric and avoid the days of anguish
2. Salon Centric find another shipping company to retain online customers.
A company is only as good as its counter parts!
