Dennis and the entire staff were responsive, careful, timely and experts in knowing exactly how to crate a 500 pound telescope and all its fragile parts to be delivered to Tanzania. It is obvious from the two men who picked up the items and carefully placed them in specialized containers in the truck to those engaged in followup communication -that there is pride in their work -even joy! A customer service agent at FedEx recommended Craters & Freighters to me when I needed to ship a pallet of props across country for a team competition, and I am so thankful he did. The FedEx and UPS quotes were high because I didn't have a business account to ship under. C&F charged me less than half the other amounts, provided next day pick up service, wrapped and secured the pallet with a strong cardboard top free of charge, and got it to Michigan on time. I can't recommend them more highly, and neither can the team who enjoyed standing in the pallet after we emptied it. Fabulous!

I shipped a very expensive custom built glass and steel door from AZ to CO. They did an amazing job getting it picked up and packed up. I had to have a certain deliver date as it weighs 1700lbs and needed the right equipment. They delivered the exact day and their logistics was dead on. The crate is ridiculous looks like Fort Knox. I have not open yet waiting for installer. Avery was a 10 out of 10

Delivering Memories: My 93 year old father died out in Arizona..
A a young man, he hand made a mahogany bookcase with glass doors, measuring 45" x 44" x 13". It weighed 80 pounds. When he died I desperately wanted to have his bookcase shipped to my home in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I knew the only company to call was "Craters and Freighters" in Phoenix, as I had used them five years ago and they did a phenomenal job!

Two days ago, this priceless heirloom arrived safely at my home in Virginia Beach. I have never seen such a professionally built container to transport my Daddy's bookcase. I had been worried about the two glass doors, but there was not a crack or chip anywhere. When we removed the container, there stood my childhood memories of my Daddy's hands and his expert craftsmanship and love of working with wood. Thank you to the whole team at Craters and Freighters of Phoenix. You helped make my dream come true and I am forever grateful!
