Worst service ever. I am an emerald club member and due to the lack of customer service/ knowledge/p professionalism I went to hertz and purchased a car rental for more. The gentleman at the register should be fired!

This airport is absolutely tiny. So small in fact that there is not mu h to say about it - the brought a ramp to the plane, we got off on the tarmac, walked inside, directly to the one baggage claim Conveyer, walked out the side exit to the rental cars, grabbed our car, and went.

No restaurants inside (that I saw), no shopping... didn't even see a big tsa security checkpoint. Just a place to get on and off planes.

I love the public FBO AVFlight at this location. The staff are very friendly and always make everyone feel welcome. They always have popcorn, ice cream sandwiches, hotdogs, and nachos for a quick snack. A nice quiet room for pilots to rest and a crew car.

Permanently removed the only outside 8am-5pm flight allowing me and my out of state husband to commute back and forth.

**Update: After September 5th, there will no outbound flight after 5:00pm for those of us that work traditional jobs.

Friendly and helpful staff. Had to go thru TSA twice because of perfume in carryon, so ladies be careful if you have checked bag put it in that or your 1.6 oz bottle that’s written so small looks like 16 oz to tsa agent Delta agents helped me save my new perfume

Airport is nice, car rentals are nice but every time I check a bag , my bag gets searched. I travel a lot and my checked luggage never get searched anywhere else. On tsa website it mentions luggage getting a random search, but I can almost guarantee it’s this tsa units policy to check every check bagged
