Omg id live there if I could I always come here to browse and pick out the tools or sporting goods needs that I have. Great people always kind and willing to go the extra mile for you stopped a worker on his way to bring a cart filled with boxes just to get service in hunting and he dropped what he did with a smile helped me and went back to tending to what he was doing all with respect and a great mood!!!!

Just tried to set an appointment for an alignment and asked if there was a possible opening today. Got my head bit off and yelled at that they are booked till next week. Tried to ask if/when I could get a slot saved was hung up on. It seems customer service here is no better then green bay west.

Went in for a tire repair, was told they fixed the issue. Less than 10 minutes after our tire had deflated again. Waste of time and money. Disappointing.

EDIT: I received a call from the manager and they did refund my cost for their services. Updated stars from 1 to 3 because of this.

A decent Fleet Farm, albeit could use a bit of updating. First choice for farm equipment, hunting and fishing supplies; but I feel it is in third place locally behind the Manitowoc Menard’s and Lowe’s for home improvement items. They pretty much do have everything you really need (and carry many items you won’t find at the other two places)! It’s essentially a local institution.
