I have called there today January 6th to find out where my meds are and the dispatcher a woman couldn't tell me how long or make a call to driver to see where she was in her work journey then she said you should not call her you should call the pharmacy I told her that I have a lung disease along w dementia and I need my meds and she said your on a recorded line your the one who is rude but never picked the phone up and let you know your on a recorded line if I wasn't in hospice I would pick up my own meds never deal with them again by the way you are supposed to let people know your on a recorded line

just had one of there van go 40-50 miles an hour on a back road that little kids play at. Called the office and they didn’t seem to care to much.
