Me and my mom has rented 2 storage units from EZ-Storage-Waldron for a long time and you couldn’t ask for better people to rent from. Katie has always worked with me if I’ve had a problem and she is always prompt to return a call or text. The units are nice with no leaks and the security is great! It’s always well maintained.. I would recommend this storage rental to anyone anytime. You don’t ever have to worry about your stuff in the units. I’m so thankful I rent from them!!

I rented one unit prior to the merge with Wendy and she had set high standards so when the merge started there was already high expectations. Katie contacted me immediately and was very hospitable, respectful, and most importantly understanding. I returned back into the Army and from Arkansas I relocated to Maryland 1,200 miles away. I ended up needing 2 Storage units, I was late on payments Katie understood my hardships and we maintained a professional relationship nonetheless. Being in the Army I've dealt with my fair share of storage places and I'm absolutely blown away and amazed a small-town storage place would have ease and operability of that of a Major city storage place. I just moved out of the units and forgot the keys to one of the units didn't even realized until 1,200 miles later. Katie had her landscaper take pictures and sent them to me before she confirmed moved out ensured my property would be accounted for and not ransacked, none of my property were damaged and she cleared what was remaining with no fuss! this has been the most pleasant experience, thank you for all the hard work and dedication you've put into this company. If y'all are wondering whether to pick this company among others I highly recommend this one. I'll stay in touch!
