Gen Z perceptions of nuclear energy tend to be more positive than prior generations. But hard to parse whether it will be positive in the long run. 3 stars because the plant looks scawy.

I worked there during the construction of both units. I was in the heavy wall pipe crew that installed all the main steam pipe. (36" OD & 4.5" thick.) We did all our own rigging and scaffold building. Each spool of pipe weighted an average of 85,000 pounds. It usually took 2 days of rigging for each lift. We also fit the hot and cold reheat & boiler feed pipes.
Working on steel beams hundreds of feet in the air requires someone who's not vey smart and a little crazy. I loved it!
There was on time a group of high school kids came on a tour. The structure was completed and the permanent elevators were installed. I was sitting on a beam next to a catwalk. The elevator door opened and there were 8 or so kids talking. But when they saw that they were 200' in the air and about to walk on a catwalk (nothing but open grating with hand rails) everyone shut up. Slowly they all stepped out and took a few steps. I stood up and walked on an 8" beam toward them. Their eyes were wide open and they had a death grip on the hand rails.
My tool bucket was on the cat walk by them. I asked one of them to hand me a wrench. No one moved at first. Finally one of them handed it to me.
I thanked him and walked back across the beam. Waved at all of them and said be careful. 😁
