Regarding the review for DHL Global Forwarding Charlotte, within a span of just over a year, there have been significant setbacks. These include the loss of several key accounts, the cessation of its TSA Cargo Screening program, the departure of an entire department in Ocean Import and Export, and a turnover of approximately 20 staff across both warehouse and office roles. Such decline in performance and reduction in service quality reflect issues in leadership and a lack of alignment with corporate objectives.

Service quality is horrendous...you will be much better served with Fedex, UPS or even the US postal service. This company's Customer Service is non existent. I will never use this company again and will not buy from a company who uses this company to ship with. The idiots are running the asylum at DHL.

Customer service is horrible. I work for a major automotive supplier and DHL consistently avoids attempts to make contact and verify shipment status. Shipment materials go missing, or rarely arrive when scheduled.

They had my package since last week and won't deliver it after I paid to have it expedited. They change my ship date EVERY DAY. TRASH!!!!!!

I have an online store and i get my products from all over the world and a few of my venders use DHL...(I didn’t know they were still open 🤦🏾‍♀️) Everyone of my packages that come though DHL always comes 3 or 4 days after DHL has it out for delivery in my city and state, the website is out of date, the customer service is trash and i wouldn’t ship a roll of toilet paper though them

Driver called yesterday and said he was in Huntersville and would call me back - never called back and never delivered. The phone number on this listing just rings and rings. Customer service is not good!
