The last two times I had a delivery from DHL, I never received it. I called the second time and had one of their associates talk to me in a very condescending manner, He blamed the person who mailed the package, I understand the first time but twice, then he blamed usps, never taking responsibility. I will absolutely never use their services again.

The worst service ever. If I find a company that I purchase from uses DHL I will not order again. I have had packages never delivered. Now I am waiting on a package. It started out in NJ, I live in NC, tracking showed it in NC, now it shows it back in NJ.

This facility lost my package. Arrived November 30 and claimed it was handed off to USPS, but USPS has no record of receiving it. It has been nearly two weeks with no sign of my package. Called DHL and their response was "we recommend you contact the retailer for resolution of this situation". "So what you're saying it you lost my package?" "We recommend you contact the retailer for resolution of this situation." Garbage facility.

DHL is the WORST carrier in the US. The only thing slower is the slow boat from China. Package has been sitting in Raleigh (1 hour away) fir 4 days. I could have walked there and picked it up and got it faster. Why would anyone even use this EXCUSE for a carrier

I buy a lot of items from Japan so a few years ago a friend recommended DHL to me as the service was extremely reliable and quick. I tried and was not let down, my packages would arrive within a few days after ordering. However, that's no longer the case. Over the last year the service has become worse and worse. Now it takes weeks for packages to arrive. As I'm typing this review I have a package that's just been sitting at the Morrisville, NC facility for the last five days and my home is only about an hour away. it used to be packages would arrive in Morrisville from Cincinnati and would be delivered the very same day. Not now though. Customer service is no help either. I've tried to go get the package but customer service makes it seem as though it's impossible. It will have to be delivered to a service point, which will delay the package even more. This will be the last time I use DHL for anything. If you buy from overseas and want your packages delivered quickly then I recommend FedEx Express.

Simply put: What a joke. Packages are never on time, typically 3-4 days after the estimated delivery date if they ever show at all. A package shipped from 1 state over takes 2 weeks to arrive at my door. Usually they make it to the local DHL facility quickly but they sit there for days. I have had to reorder several items because they never get delivered (Hmmm?) and trying to straighten it out with customer service is a waste of time. UPS, USPS, even Fed Ex is more reliable and accommodating when your package somehow does not make it to your doorstep. Imagine that, they actually take responsible for an item that was in their possession. I wouldn't use DHL at all, if not determined by the shipper. If you want to roll the dice, use DHL. It may be delivered, it may not be, but rest assured you will be waiting 2 to 3 times longer than any other courier.

My package got to DHL in Raleigh on December 20. Says it was handed over for delivery on December 21...doesn’t say to whom. At that point, tracking stopped. It is now December 29 and I have not received my package. I live 15-20 minutes drive from Raleigh. Incidentally, it took just four days to get to Raleigh from California. Am I happy? NO!

Several messages saying they would be at my house. No one shows says package is at the facility and gives a tracking number but not a tracking number that dhl uses so now I have no idea where my package is and no one to contact all I'm getting is the run around. This is the only company that has ever said my package was undeliverable it doesn't even say why it's undeliverable. You guys have to do better with your communication and your customer base .
