Second review! On my first review I wrote how we left there thinking we were paying $15,000 for a building to discover we're paying $35,000 for a building which is $20,000 in financing I wrote a bad one star review the owner of the business called me yesterday says if we don't like the contract he will give us our money back and let us out of it I talked to the wife about it she decides that she likes the floor plan I've drawn out for it and wants to go through with it in the end it'll be about 150 a square foot for a 560 square foot home I called the guy back and tell him that we do want the building he just should have been more clear about the pricing he says that's okay but asked me to fix the review so here it is now once this building is here and delivered depending on the quality and craftsmanship of this building I might up the stars on the review but my last building I had to use about five tubes of caulking just to seal up the soffits not to mention the holes in the walls from them missing their shots with the nail gun so if it comes in in "about a month" and I see a bunch of light it will stay at a one star if it comes in and it's nice and sealed up and built nicely then I will improve the Stars

I've had nothing but problems since day of delivery. One thing after another. I've allowed derksen to repair the damages to my building after it's been delivered. Windows wouldn't close. Out of square tremendously. Nails protruding everywhere. Cracked window sill lumber. Siding pulled back. Gouges in the steel roof panels to the bare metal. Broken lumber in the framework. Unpainted spots all over. Seeing daylight from the inside looking out through the framing. And now......I have black mold growing inside my building.

Honest and Reliable is what 1st comes to mind when I think of my experience with the owner of this West Fork business.
I purchased a “she shed/play house” 10/16 in 2018 from them and they went out of their way to help me get the best insulation even after the purchase. The owner helped me install a window unit and even cut out the hole needed without charge. All the upgrades I asked for/paid for were of excellent quality and workmanship.
I had to write this review after speaking to the owner this morning and asking him for advice on selling my playhouse and upgrading. He was as interested and caring as he was before the sell years ago!
Don’t go anywhere else to buy your she she’d/playhouse etc. I’m so very thankful that you can still receive excellent customer service even after purchase!

For starters the shed we had custom built was 3 weeks late, crooked (even the man who came out and picked it up said it was crooked). The Roof line we ordered was not right, no gutters (as orderes)! Honestly, were was al.ost a week late and instead of them giving us a courtesy call, They sent a man out to Repo on day 6 and then charged us $150.00. Customer service was rude
I wouldn't buy a Dog house from this Place!!! I will never recommend to ANYONE and when they originally delivered it, It was pink!

Told them my door size before I came they said they had it, picked it up it was the wrong size. I returned it to get the right one and they said they didn't even carry that size so basically got lied to before I showed up and then sold a door they knew was wrong.
