I love my 8 x 8 building. It is just right for my gardening equipment. John Glidewell, the Sales Associate answered all my questions, and had the building built exactly to my specifications. The doors were a little crooked after they got it here, but they sent a very knowledgeable person to fix them and they are perfect. I think my shed is adorable, and I love it. This company deserves five stars for sure.

UPDATE: We had a hail storm with damaged the roof on my building. Now this only an 8 x 8 building and Davis Portable Bldg wanted to charge me half of what the building cost just to replace the roof. I feel that this is taking advantage of a bad situation. I got some other estimates and the roof was replaced by another company for half the price that Davis was going to charge me and in line with my insurance company.

After having this carport delivered the City of Hot Springs advised that I needed to have obtained a permit. This was not discussed at time of purchase. You will need to submit plans and obtain a permit if you live in the city of Hot Springs. I have reduced my rating of this location due to the fact this was not mentioned at all during the time of purchase or delivery*
Met with John Glidewell as a walk in. He was attentive, listened to my questions, created a quote for a carport after I finally determined the color combination I wanted. His patience continued the next two days while I called in to make some modifications. I was able to reach him directly both times I called and he was able to make the modifications with understanding and promptness. The product was delivered less then 2 weeks later. Three gentlemen delivered and assembled the douible car port efficiently and professional. I found the prices to be much better then the local box stores and the opportunity to meet with John with no appointment and able to call him directly. I would encourage anyone to at give him a call or stop in for pricing and if has what you want I am pretty certain you will purchase with him. Coordinating delivery and working with the laborers was a positive experience too.

Go see John. He will give you a fair price. The building arrived when he said it would. The crew that assembled it were friendly and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up, for sure.

Modern day thieves! Mr Jim Davis claims he can keep all your belongings that are in the building when you don't make the payments and give up the building. This company including the trucking company who delivers and sets it up are all in cahoots together to screw over and steal your personal property..I will be compensated for my belongings that you stole as they were more valuable than your pos building...
