Took my car into service for an oil change and tire rotation. Bobby helped me out and was excellent. He was even able to get my brake fluid flushed free of charge. Furthermore, when I picked my car up the outside was detailed along with the interior. Outstanding. Thank you Bobby for you help.

Very easy experience, simple sales people. My Salesperson Alisha was very clear and upfront with me from the get-go. Only reason I didn’t do 5 stars is because if the wait time to actually take my vehicle home due to the service department being backed up. Turned what possible could have been a 1 hour transaction into several hours purely based off wait time of the service department. Overall an amazing experience

After my accident, I was in a dire need of a vehicle. I came across Crest Acura online m, which is about an hour from me. Matt reached out to me after requesting information online. He wasn’t pushy and answered all my questions. Offered me a lease deal I couldn’t refuse. With this being my first lease ever it certainly won’t be my last at crest Acura. I did all this remotely and only had to go to Syracuse once, that’s when I picked up my ZDX and to sign lease deal. Excellent service!

I’m done. For recalls I’ll drive to Rochester, and won’t set foot in Crest again. Overall the policy (set at the top I’m willing to guess) is to dismiss and ignore the customer once their money has been collected. I encountered this pattern in both the service bay and the business office. Purchase experience was ok (I’ve had better and I’ve had worse) but after-sales care is insultingly bad.

They don't stand by their product and schedule recall service 18 months out (other NYS dealers can manage this in weeks). Buying experience also could be improved, car I arranged to see was not available when I arrived. Normal dealer nonsense about we can't go lower (they can) and make offer quick etc. Had to walk to get deal done.
